Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Our items  are custom crated to insure no damage during transit and delivery, this process can take up to 3 days. You will receive an email from the shipping company, generally FedEx, with tracking information when the item has been crated and is waiting for pickup.

Delivery times after pickup are:
Pacific Coast: 1-2 days
Mountain time zone: 2-3 days
Mid-west time zone: 3-5 days
Eastern time zone: 5-7 days

Please note that you will have plenty of padding to dispose of and we recommend uncrating in a garage.

Returns:
You may return an item for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price, except for items that were on layaway, those will have a 25% restocking charge. You will be required to pay shipping costs both ways, except when the item was not as advertised: in that case Baronet will refund the shipping costs as well.
